The tumor cells are positive for TTF-1. ---- Not shown: The tumor is negative for p40, CK-20, GATA3, PAX-8, PSA, thyroglobulin, and CDX2. Immunohistochemistry for PD-L1 (Keytruda) is negative. FISH reveals no evidence of ALK gene rearrangement or deletion, or ROS1 gene rearrangement. OnkoSight NGS lung tumor sequencing revealed KRAS mutation in the tumor.
