. The neoplastic cells are predominantly epithelioid, have eosinophilic cytoplasm, and have round irregularly shaped nuclei with cleared chromatin and prominent nucleoli. Mitotic figures are easily identified. In multiple foci the neoplastic cells become highly discohesive.
