67A0 Case 7 History - Copy
Case 67 History ---- The patient is a 51 year old woman who initially presented In 01/2014 to an outside institution after an automobile accident caused by a seizure. A CT scan on 01/2014 showed a 1.7 x 1.5 cm right upper lobe nodule, a large right parietal lobe mass, and three hepatic lesions, largest measuring 3 cm. An MRI scan of the brain on 1/2014 showed a 5 cm right occipital lesion. The patient underwent resection of the right occipital mass. The patient then underwent whole brain radiation therapy followed by four cycles of Carboplatin plus Etoposide beginning in 4/2014. A brain MRI scan performed on 9/2014 showed development of multiple brain lesions measuring up to 1 cm in the right parietal lobe, temporal-occipital region, and right cerebellum.
