67B1-5 Tumor cells were immunoreactive for CAM5.2 (67B1), CD56 (67B2), synaptophysin (67B3,4) and TTF-1 (67B5). Taken together, a diagnosis of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma is most compatible with the morphologic and immunohistochemical findings.
