Case 68 History ---- The patient is a 64-year-old female with a history of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Operative procedure: Cervical decompression. ---- 68A1,2 H&E stained sections show a metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. The tumor cells have moderate to abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and round to oval vesicular nuclei with frequent macronucleoli. The patient's prior case demonstrates similar morphology.
