Case 6 History ---- The patient is an 80 year-old man with a history of prostate cancer, presenting with a dural based, contrast enhancing, extra-axial left parietal mass. ---- 6A Permanent sections show nests, cords, and sheets of malignant glands that are composed of pleomorphic cells with increased nuclear:cytoplasmic ratio, prominent nucleoli, and increased mitotic activity.
