Case 70 History ---- The patient is a 65-year-old man with brain tumor. Operative procedure: resection---- 70A1,2 Sections show multiple fibrovascular cores surrounded by stratified atypical basaloid cells with prominent nucleoli and frequent apoptotic bodies, embedded within abundant necrotic debris. No definite glandular or squamous differentiation is seen histologically.
