Case 78 History ---- The patient is a 49 year old woman with a right cerebellar lesion and a prior history of breast carcinoma. 78A1,2 Sections of the "cerebellar tumor" show a poorly differentiated carcinoma consisting of cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm with marked nuclear pleomorphism. Mitoses are readily identified.
