Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 74-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer and a suspected renal cell carcinoma by imaging with an L2-3 epidural space metastasis. ---- 7A1,2 Sections of the epidural tumor consist of an infiltrative metastatic adenocarcinoma intermixed with remodeling bone. The tumor cells are nested, with a vesicular chromatin pattern and prominent nucleoli.
