Case 81 History ---- The patient is a 72 year old woman with a history of metastatic breast cancer and right vestibular schwannoma who now has an enhancing right parietal mass. ---- 81A1-3 Routine sections show nests and cords of epithelioid tumor cells with large, prominent nucleoli and rare primitive gland formation.
