Case 85 History ---- The patient is a 54-year-old woman with a history of stage IB intraductal carcinoma treated with Tamoxifen. In February 2016 she fell off a horse and had back pain since then with numbness in her left leg. MRI showed possible cord compression and a lesion along T2 to T8. Operative procedure: Thoracic decompression and fusion. ---- 85A This is a malignant epithelial tumor growing in nests and infiltrating in long cords with surrounding fibrosis. Tumor cells typically have a prominent nucleolus and necrosis of individual tumor cells is frequent. Mitoses are common.
