Case 88 History ---- The patient is a 45 year old woman with a history of breast cancer who now presents with a left sided brain tumor. ---- 88A1,2 H&E shows an infiltrative tumor that is composed of sheets, nests, single file infiltrative growth and poorly formed glandular/ductal structures. The tumor-brain interface is relatively well defined, favoring a metastasis.
