Immunohistochemistry for progesterone receptor is positive (89B2). Her2 is negative as is mammaglobin. ---- Comment: The morphological and immunohistochemical features are consistent with a metastatic carcinoma of breast origin. The ER/PR/Her2/neu immunoprofile is similar to that reported in the initial resection. The morphological appearance has been compared to that of previous metastatic sites and is similar.
