Case 92 History ---- The patient is a 52-year-old woman with a history of metastatic right breast carcinoma with a new left parietal lesion on MRI. Operative procedure: Craniotomy. ---- 92A Sections show a predominantly mucinous neoplasm, composed of pools of mucin with floating neoplastic cells forming glands. Some of the tumor cells have an eccentric nucleus and appear to contain mucinous material. Mitotic figures are not easily identified and there is no tumor necrosis.
