There is scattered positivity for gross cystic duct fluid protein 15 (GCDFP 15). ---- Not shown: The tumor cells are immunoreactive for cytokeratin 7 and mammaglobin. The tumor cells are essentially nonreactive for CK20, estrogen and progesterone receptors. The morphologic features and immunohistochemical profile coupled with the history and immunohistochemistry findings of a past mastectomy is consistent with this lesion representing metastatic adenocarcinoma with mucinous features of primary breast origin.
