Case 95 History ---- The patient is a 62-year-old man with a right frontal brain mass and masses in the lungs, kidney, liver and pancreas. Operative procedure: Resection ---- 95A1-4 H&E stained sections show sheets of large pleomorphic malignant cells with bizarre nuclei and abundant, often atypical, mitotic figures and large areas of necrosis. The tumor is infiltrated by numerous neutrophils, forming microabscesses. (H&E)
