The tumor cells are strongly positive for p40. (p40 IHC) ---- Not shown: A few tumor cells are positive for CK7. CK20 is negative. ---- Comment: A prior resection specimen of pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma was reviewed and the collective features of the current specimen are similar to that lung carcinoma, consistent with a metastatic squamous cell lung carcinoma.
