Sections of the "cerebellar tumor" show a metastatic adenocarcinoma with well-formed glands arranged in a prominent cribriform architecture. Comedo-necrosis is abundant. Individual tumor cells are relatively uniform with eosinophilic cytoplasm, round nuclei and prominent single nucleoli. Scattered calcifications are present. Mitoses are numerous.
