Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 60 year old woman with a 4.3 cm heterogeneously enhancing left cerebellar mass.---- 10A1-3 Sections reveal a tumor with a heterogeneous appearance from site to site. The initial appearance is of a moderately to highly cellular neoplasm with mild nuclear pleomorphism. The majority of tumor cells contain round to oval nuclei with bland chromatin and clear perinuclear halos. Occasional elongated and more hyperchromatic forms are identified as well.
