13A1 Central neurocytoma (Case 13) FLAIR NoC
Case 13 History ---- The patient was a 41yo male who presented initially with facial numbness and tingling involving the left upper extremity, who was found 5 months later to have a large intraventricular mass. MRI 7 months later demonstrated a heterogeneous solid and cystic lesion occupying the left lateral ventricle measuring 4 X 3 X 2.4 cm with slow growth since last imaging. Operative procedure: IMRI craniotomy excision tumor ---- 13A1-4 MRI Studies ---- 13A1 The FLAIR scan shows an intraventricular hyperintense mass.
