Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 33-year-old woman who presented with intermittent headaches and mild nausea. Head CT and brain MRI showed a 4.2 cm heterogeneously post-contrast enhancing mass in the right lateral ventricle which is attached to the septum pellucidum. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with tumor excision. ---- The location and appearance of this dense mass is typical for central neurocytoma.
