2B2-4 What could be more homogenous? (H&E) This tumor is a moderately cellular, monomorphic appearing neurocytic neoplasm with solid growth and some minimal fibrillary background. There are thin linear vessels found throughout the tumor. Microvascular proliferation and necrosis are not identified. The tumor cells are round with largely abundant pale to eosinophilic cytoplasm and some discernible cell-cell borders
