The tumor consists of a monomorphous population of tumor cells with round regular nuclei, stippled chromatin, micronucleoli and scant cytoplasm. A few areas show increased mitotic activity (3/10HPF). No atypia is appreciated. Necrosis and microvascular proliferation are not seen.
