Ki67 index is 4.3% by manual count. ---- Based on the increased Ki-67 index and increased mitotic activity compared to regular neurocytoma, this tumor warrants an “atypical central neurocytoma” designation. However the tumor grade remains as WHO 2 for atypical central neurocytomas.
