Microscopic sections reveal a highly cellular neoplasm composed of a monomorphic population of round to oval cells with bland chromatin and small quantities of clear to amphophilic cytoplasm. Mitotic figures are hard to find and there is no definite evidence of microvascular proliferation or necrosis. (H&E)
