Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 61 year old woman with a one week history of headaches, dizziness, and ataxia. Imaging studies revealed a 4.5 x 3.9 x 3.1 cm right cerebellar/cerebello-pontine angle mass with irregular areas of contrast enhancement. ---- 3A1,2 MRI scans show a heterogenous mass lesion with T1 contrast. Some heterogeneity may reflect the fat content of the tumor.
