Case 25 History ---- The patient is a 39 year old man who had his first onset of seizure three years previous to his current admission in November 2009. He initially had MRI that demonstrated a right mesial temporal lobe lesion without contrast enhancement. He was followed by MRI until 2011 when MR spectroscopy favored a tumor. Operative procedure: Temporal craniotomy and tumor resection. 25A1-3 MRI studies: 25A1 This FLAIR MRI scan shows a hyperintense lesion in the right temporal lobe.
