Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 30 year old man with a several year history of possible seizure disorder. His admission complaint was headaches, which began approximately one month prior to admission. Imaging at an outside hospital showed a hypodense lesion in the left temporal lobe. ---- 4A1 MRI studies at BJH show a spongy-appearing linear hyperintensity in FLAIR scan.
