Case 8 History ---- The patient is a six-year-old boy who presented with a partial seizure. ---- 8A1-3 An MRI scan shows a right cerebral cortical FLAIR isointense lesion with a hyperintense rim (8A1), a T1-weighted contrast administered hypointense lesion lacking enhancement (8A2) and the multinodularity in a hyperintense T2-weighted scan. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy for tumor resection.
