Case 9 History ---- The patient is a four-year-old boy who presented with partial complex seizures that include gaze deviation. Operative procedure: Left parieto-occipital craniotomy for resection of tumor with intraoperative MRI. ---- 9A1-3 MRI shows a 7 cm FLAIR hyperintense (9A1) lesion. A T1-weighted contrast administered hypointense lesion without enhancement (9A2) and a T2-weighted multicystic, multilobulated, left parietal lobe tumor (9A3) with extension to the left lateral ventricle, splenium of the corpus callosum, left thalamus, and parahippocampal gyrus.
