Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 2 year old boy presenting with seizures, with MRI showing a large solid/cystic mass with an enhancing nodule in the left frontal lobe with dural enhancement. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 2A1 The tumor has solid and cystic elements as well as significant surrounding edema as shown on this FLAIR scan.
