Case 3 History ---- The patient is a four-month-old female infant who presented with seizures. MRI showed a solid and cystic mass in the left temporal lobe, with extensive surrounding vasogenic edema (~6 x 5 x 3.5 cm). Operative procedure: Left temporal craniotomy for open tumor biopsy. ---- 3A1,2 The solid component (4.2 x 2.3 x 1.6 cm), within the medial temporal lobe and uncus, shows avid contrast enhancement and associated meningeal enhancement, inferiorly.
