3B1,2 This is a neoplasm with two histological patterns. One pattern associated with larger blood vessels and focally appearing within Virchow-Robin spaces (features suggestive of leptomeningeal association), is characterized by desmoplastic tissue populated by spindled cells in an irregular wavy/storiform arrangement.
