1A1 Diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumor (Case 1) T1W 1
Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 13-year-old male who presents with progressive lower back and leg pain over the past year, morning headaches with nausea, vomiting and blurred vision status post VP shunt placement. Brain and total spine MRI reveals basilar leptomeningeal enhancement which involves the spinal cord. Operative procedure: Open brain and dural biopsy with Stealth guidance. ---- 1A1,2 This series of T1-weighted contrast applied axial images shows bright (hyperintense) leptomeningeal enhancement.
