Ki-67 (MIB-1 antibody) stains only very few scattered nuclei. ---- Ancillary data (not shown) IDH1 p.R132H is negative in tumor cells. Some of the neoplastic neurons show faint staining for NeuN. Neurofilament highlights occasional neoplastic neurons with accentuation of somal staining. CD163 highlights microglia, particularly those associated with blood vessels.
