Case 15 History ---- The patient is a 37-year-old man who presented with seizures. MRI showed a left medial temporal non-enhancing mass. Operative procedure: Left temporal craniotomy for resection of mass. ---- 15A1-4 A small focus of a discrete tumor composed of ganglion-like cells is noted with a large number of round granular anucleate structures, some resembling granular spheroids.
