Case 17 History ---- The patient is a 22-year-old woman with a right medial frontal lobe, post-contrast enhancing lesion that has been unchanged over the last year. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with tumor excision. ---- MRI Studies: 17A1,2 There is a small lesion on the medial side of the right frontal lobe (arrow) in this T1-weighted non-contrast image which enhances with contrast (17A2).
