Case 3 History ---- This a 30-year-old man developed seizures. Brain MRI showed a cystic lesion in the anterior left temporal pole with an enhancing mural nodule. Operative procedure and findings: Left fronto-temporal craniotomy for resection of enhancing brain lesion. ---- MRI Studies: 3A1 A small temporal lobe lesion is shown with FLAIR.
