Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 13 year old previously healthy boy who presented with a new onset seizure during school. He was a former product of a 37 week gestation with otherwise uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery. MRI showed a mixed cystic and solid enhancing lesion in the right frontal lobe at the grey-white matter border with mild surrounding vasogenic edema. Operative procedure: Craniotomy, right frontal lobe for removal of mass. ---- 8A1 A discrete lesion with surrounding edema is shown in this FLAIR scan.
