Case 9 History ---- The patient is a 74 year old man with a history of dizziness, headaches, and increasing impairment of vision on the left side, symptoms which have been present for several months. MRI shows a large right temporal lobe, predominantly cystic mass, with peripheral nodular enhancement. Operative procedure: Right sided craniotomy and tumor resection. ---- MRI Studies: 9A1,2 T1-weighted images are hypointense without contrast (9A1) but enhance with contrast (9A2).
