Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 17 year old man with a large cerebellar cystic lesion which does not enhance with contrast ---- 3A1-4 The regular granular and Purkinje cell layers of the cerebellar cortex are replaced by a widened inner layer composed of an accumulation of small and large dysplastic and disorganized neurons (arrow). Some subarachnoid blood vessels with calcification are also seen.
