Case 4 No History ---- This case illustrates the blunted folia of the dysplastic cortex, a pattern which has been referred to as “inverted cerebellar cortex” with the apparent external surface actually representing the dysplastic granule cell layer. Folia often lack Purkinje cells. The arbor vitae is markedly diminished in size in this whole mount. (H&E)
