1E1-3 A whole mount of the section corresponding to those shown as 1B1,1C1,1D1 immunostained for neurofilament protein. The vacuolated areas have axons which are present in modest numbers within the tumor. Cell bodies of tumor cells are largely unstained reflecting the antibody cocktail we use prepared against mostly over-represented by large 200kDa phosphorylated epitopes. (NF IHC)
