Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 20-year-old man who presented with 4 months of headache, vertigo, language difficulties, and episodes of staring/out of body experience as well as an episode of right facial and upper extremity shaking concerning for seizure. Imaging showed a left posterior parietal cortical wedge shaped multinodular area of T2 contrast and T2/FLAIR hyperintensity. Operative procedure: Left parietal craniotomy and resection of tumor with possible IMRI. ---- 2A1-4 MRI studies. 2A1 A subcortical multinodular hyperintensity is seen in this T2/FLAIR scan.
