Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 63yo male presenting with two-month history of headache with progressive hearing loss and MRI showing an enhancing partially cystic mass in the left cingulate gyrus and frontal lateral ventricle. Operative procedure: Stereotactic brain biopsy. ---- 1A1-4 MRI studies ---- 1A1 A FLAIR preparation shows a rim of hyperintensity which likely reflects partial cyst formation.
