2B2-4 Sections show an encapsulated tumor composed of atypical cells with oval-round shaped, medium-large sized nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. The nuclear features are monomorphic and bland without significant amount of mitotic activity. The cells are mostly arranged in a sheet pattern or forming multiple small to medium sized nests, separated by fibrovascular bands. In some areas there are perivascular pseudorosettes.
