Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 61 year old man who presented with vague right sided back pain and radicular pain, worse with activity than with rest. Imaging studies revealed an intensely enhancing mass filling the thecal sac at the L4 level. ---- 3A1 Multiple sections of the neurosurgical specimen are shown on this whole mount. (H&E)
