Staining reveals dense strong positivity for CD99 in a membranous pattern with several dot-like areas in the cytoplasm of tumor cells. (CD99 IHC) ---- Ancillary studies (not shown): S-100 labels only occasional tumor cells. The proliferative index is generally low to focally moderate (Ki67 IHC).
