6C3 RGNT (Case 6) H&E 10X 3
Sections of the vermis show a proliferation of small, bland-appearing cells demonstrating variable cellularity and morphologies. The most characteristic feature of this tumor is the rosetted arrangement of small, round cells with monotonous appearing round nuclei with finely granular chromatin, minimal atypia, and densely compacted eosinophilic processes. Both fine neuropil and capillaries are seen within the central portion of the rosettes. (H&E)
