Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 3-month-old girl who presented with irritability, nausea, decreased oral intake, jerky movement of for eyes, and reduced activity for a few days. Brain imaging studies showed marked ventriculomegaly with a intraventricular hemorrhage and an enhancing mass within the left lateral ventricle trigone. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with tumor resection. ---- 4A An enhancing mass is shown in the left ventricular atrium on this T1-weighted contrast administered MRI image.
